Welcome to our Himalayan Boot Camps in the United States...
Our Services
The goal of our US Boot Camps are the same as those we conduct in India, but set in the Bay Area of the United States, and are shorter in duration.
Our weekend boot camps are designed for those who can only spare a weekend for rejevenation and relaxation and run from Friday evening through Sunday afternoon. As a guest of Himalayan Boot Camp, you will:
- Enjoy dining on healthy, nourishing and nutritious foods.
- Relax and de-stress with our yoga and meditation classes in awesome surroundings.
- Attend a wellness discussion conducted by one of our guest speakers.
- Participate in some fitness classes and/or nature hikes..
Our Food and Beverages
In addition to our carefully planned meals, our menu includes exotic tropical foods, fruits, juices and delicious teas.

Our Fees
Our fees cover accommodations for two nights, all food and beverages while you are with us, special speaker discussions, and yoga/meditation classes.
Our all inclusive fees are $299.00 for the entire weekend double occupancy. Private rooms are $375.00.
Our Weekend Boot Camps run from Friday evening with check-in as early as 4 PM through Sunday check-out after lunch around 1:30 PM.
We can arrange full body massages and/or spa treatments for an additional cost. If you are flying in we can arrange round trip transportation from any Bay Area airport to our location for an additional fee.
At this time we offer our US boot camps for women only.
